Dean: I believe you worked with Todd Hanson in the past (maybe still do). My sister Maren Knoll consigned some family items with him; I’ve tried contacting him but have been successful.
We have a few items left from my dad’s estate (not enough for a sale, small trinket items, books). Does he still do this; or do you know of someone that handles small items on consignment?
we have a pretty nice collection of Red Wing stoneware plus a variety of antiques with an emphasis on DeLaval items to include signs, the DeLaval cabinets and several separators and Daisy churns to include the full set of glass churns. We live near Fergus Falls so am not sure how this would work out. i did attend one of the stoneware auctions you had in Fargo so is the reason i was inquiring. Was wondering on your openings for April or May thanks, bryan
I could take a look at it sometime. They did several later runs of this one but there original ones out there too but not many. You could also take it to the historical society – they could authenticate it but wouldn’t appraise it.
Hi Bryan, thanks for the inquiry. Sounds interesting. Are you thinking of an auction in Fargo? Unfortunately my April and May are pretty full right now. We have 2 massive estates to deal with this year which will probably 10+ sales total. Both want to get them done this year if possible. One of those sales will be in Fargo on April 28. Takes a little lead time to around a location, etc. If you wanted, I could come some time and take a look at what you have. Let me now what you’re thinking. Thanks again. Dean
